Managed the creation and trafficking of digital assets for NFL.com, NFL Network, and the Fantasy Football app. Managed teams of 15 designers, developers, illustrators, and marketers to conceptualize, build, and launch sponsorship campaigns and digital initiatives. Developed strategic plans for content, resource, and staffing allocation, including for the UX/UI product lab. Led annual content creation for three seasons of Kickoff, Draft, Combine, and Super Bowl product schedules. Led the product team in the design, engineering, testing, and delivery of content for clients in the fashion, beauty, and home décor sectors. Clients included Dior, Sephora, Pantene, Louis Vuitton, Pottery Barn, and West Elm. Managed the maintenance of an online retail port. Directed the creation of product documentation and guidelines. Led the discovery, build-out, and QA testing of a content management system containing confidential factory/supply-chain data for apparel, electronics, and seed production manufacturers. Designed a user-training program for staff and corporate clients. Edited and published more than 1,000 factory sustainability, safety, and labor audits.  Reviewed client-submitted factory remediation plans. Conducted qualitative research on global production supply chains.
